I think you've done an amazing job. The photo is a real eye-catcher. Depth in nature is shown usually as a gradation of values - from dark to light or the other way around. Typically, a landscape get lighter (hazier) as you move off into the distance. Having everything in the same value range tends to flatten the image. I don't intend this as a criticism of this image - I think the photo is gorgeous.
This is an absolutely beautiful piece of work. I like the colouration of the sky, the reflection in the water and the red leaves in the front the most. It all fits together rather perfectly. I also love how you caputred the growing fog in the distance. It's a scene I am familiar with from the fields around the place I live and I always wanted to capture a photo of that as well. Your photo however shows the fog in a way that is more beautiful than I could have ever imagined with our fields. Well done photo!
